Instructions
- Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, whisking until well blended.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Cook waffles in the preheated waffle maker until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Serve waffles warm topped with crispy turkey bacon.
