Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 4 slices turkey bacon

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. While cucumbers are resting, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  3. Rinse cucumbers under cold water and drain well.
  4. In a bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and dill.
  5. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
