Ingredients

- 2 cups warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil until just combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and spread it into a greased baking pan.
- Use your fingers to make dimples all over the surface.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and rosemary over the top.
- Let it rise again for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush with more olive oil before baking.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
