Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil until just combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Once risen, punch down the dough and spread it into a greased baking pan.
  7. Use your fingers to make dimples all over the surface.
  8. Sprinkle minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and rosemary over the top.
  9. Let it rise again for 20 minutes.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before serving.
