Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and the garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Return the potatoes to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in a mixture of soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
