- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and the garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in a mixture of soy sauce and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
