Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a funnel, pour the batter into the hot oil in a circular motion to form a spiral.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the donuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate over the donuts.
