Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the protein powder and cocoa powder.
- Add almond milk, honey or maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently pull out the pops.
Notes
- These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks.
- Vary the sweetness by adjusting the amount of honey or syrup.
