- 1 cup green olives
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Coat olives in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry olives until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- For the aioli, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Serve fried olives with garlic aioli on the side.

- For extra flavor, you can add herbs to the aioli.
