- 2 cups pecan halves

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and then stir in the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
- Add the pecans to the bowl and mix well to coat.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir until the pecans are evenly coated.
- Spread the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until they are toasted and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of heat by varying the amount of cayenne pepper.
- These can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
