- 4 ripe pears

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pears in half and scoop out the center to create space for the filling.
- In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, walnuts, honey, lemon juice, and parsley until well combined.
- Stuff each pear half with the blue cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed pears in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the pears are tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle additional honey over the pears before serving.
