- 8 sheets of rice paper
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until soft, about 10 seconds.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each sheet.
- Fold the sides over and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the rangoons until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For a healthier option, bake instead of frying.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
