- 6 slices of turkey bacon

- 8 cups English muffins, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the diced English muffins, crumbled bacon, and cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top and gently stir to combine.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the middle.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute with regular bacon if preferred.
- This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
