- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the rice and chicken broth.
- Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
- Remove the foil and add the tzatziki sauce on top of the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in tzatziki sauce for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with a side salad or pita bread for a complete meal.
