  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the rice and chicken broth.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
  7. Remove the foil and add the tzatziki sauce on top of the chicken.
  8. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
