- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup basil pesto
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken and cook until warmed through.
- Stir in the basil pesto and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the pasta and toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
