- 1 cucumber
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 8 slices bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, chives, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread the herby cream cheese mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
- Place thin slices of cucumber on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices and cut into triangles.
