- 6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the torn croissants, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese to the egg mixture; stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole has set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some chopped vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- This casserole can also be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
