- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and melted butter. Toss to coat.
- Add the halved baby potatoes to the crockpot.
- Place the beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the beef broth over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender.

- Feel free to add your favorite herbs or vegetables for extra flavor.
- Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
