- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
- Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and spinach, and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until heated through.
Notes
- For added flavor, sauté the garlic before adding it to the slow cooker.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
