- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 4 slices of your favorite bread
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts and cook them in the same skillet until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Toast the bread as desired.
- Spread Caesar dressing on one side of each piece of toasted bread.
- Layer chicken, romaine lettuce, turkey bacon, and parmesan cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with remaining slices of bread, dressing side down, and press gently.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
