- 1 cup corn, fresh or canned
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, corn, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and chili powder.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapeños to the salad.
- Substitute Greek yogurt for a lighter dressing option.
