Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the chicken breasts on both sides.
  3. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet.
  4. Bring to a simmer, and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until chicken is done.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.
  6. Serve chicken over rice, topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
