Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the potatoes thinly and arrange half in a baking dish.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop and layer over the potatoes.
- Mix heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; pour over the potatoes and bacon.
- Layer remaining potatoes, then top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
