- 8 ounces rotini pasta

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, black olives, and mozzarella cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
