Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash with milk and sour cream.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, and salt; cook until shrimp are pink.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Serve shrimp mixture over mashed potatoes and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add lemon juice to shrimp before serving.
- Use fresh garlic for the best taste.
