- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pot, boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined.
- In a baking dish, combine the potatoes and cream mixture, then sprinkle with crumbled turkey bacon and parsley.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
