Ingredients

- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For spicier flavor, add more Cajun seasoning.
- Fresh or frozen vegetables can be used in this recipe.
