Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.

- Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer until thickened.
- Toss in cooked fettuccine and parsley; serve immediately.
