- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, half of the shredded cheddar, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the stuffed shells and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce.
- You can substitute cooked turkey for the chicken.
