- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, egg, and chicken broth.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through and the balls are golden brown.
Notes
- These stuffing balls can be made ahead of time and frozen.
- Serve with cranberry sauce for an extra burst of flavor.
