Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together baking powder and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool before serving.
