Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, spinach, eggs, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
