Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
- Serve with a drizzle of icing for a sweeter treat.
