- 1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup cream cheese icing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cinnamon raisin bread into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar.
- Coat a baking dish with butter, then add the bread cubes and pour the egg mixture over them.
- Toss to combine, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with cream cheese icing, if desired.
Notes
- For a healthier version, use whole wheat bread.
