Instructions

  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the batter and swirl with a knife.

  10. Let cool before cutting into bars.
