Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Scoop the batter into prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
