- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Line a muffin tin with liners and pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it up the sides.
- Add a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture into each liner, then top with more melted chocolate to fully cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a twist, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before refrigerating.
- These can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
