- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and baking soda.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and swirl with a knife if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking.
