- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the honey and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave and mix in vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture into molds, then add the rice mixture, and top with remaining chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, then remove from molds and serve.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts to the mixture.
- Ensure the chocolate is completely melted before pouring to avoid lumps.
