- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookie crumbs

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a pie pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the peanut butter pie.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For an extra layer, consider adding a layer of ganache on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
