Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the salmon fillets with chipotle honey sauce.
- Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro to make the salsa.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled salmon on tortillas, topping with pineapple salsa and avocado slices.
Notes
- For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños to the salsa.
