- 2 large eggs
- 2 medium tomatoes

Instructions
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add the beaten eggs, and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add diced tomatoes and cook until they start to break down.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper to the tomatoes.
- Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and mix everything well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
