- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the broccoli and bell pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, stir well to combine.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and mix thoroughly.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

- You can substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- Adjust the sauce quantity for more or less flavor.
