Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for another minute.
- Add the green beans, soy sauce, and chicken broth, cooking until the beans are tender.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and add it to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
