Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning to the beef, and mix well. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle, add a sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and roll up tightly.
  6. Place the rolled taco sticks on a baking sheet.
  7. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the taco sticks.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
