Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef, and mix well. Remove from heat.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle, add a sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and roll up tightly.
- Place the rolled taco sticks on a baking sheet.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the taco sticks.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
- Feel free to mix different types of cheese for added flavor.
