- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix diced potatoes, smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, and olive oil.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.

- For creamier texture, add more sour cream.
