- 1 cup pizza dough
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/3 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into square pieces.
- Place mozzarella cheese, turkey bacon, bell peppers, and onion in the center of each dough square.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
