- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic until the beef is fully cooked.
- Stir in the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
