- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 12 ounces lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer in a baking dish: start with a layer of noodles, then half of the chicken mix, half of the ricotta mix, half of the mozzarella, and a drizzle of ranch.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and topping with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding green onions on top before serving.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
