- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Grillo’s Pickles, chopped
- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
- Mix in cheddar cheese and chopped Grillo’s Pickles.
- Lay an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly. Seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the eggrolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra pickles on the side.
- Can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
