Cheeseburger and Grillo’s Pickles Eggroll: A Juicy Twist on Flavor

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Grillo’s Pickles, chopped
  • 1 package eggroll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
  3. Mix in cheddar cheese and chopped Grillo’s Pickles.
  4. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly. Seal the edges with water.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the eggrolls until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with extra pickles on the side.
  • Can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
