- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic powder and onion powder, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the seafood stock and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked shrimp, scallops, and mixed vegetables to the saucepan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour mixture into a pie dish.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay biscuits according to the package instructions and spoon dollops over the seafood mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
